Hey don't you all remember when Ted Holt tried to get rid of the rough driving? He threw the black flag at everyone for about a month on any contact between cars. It seemed pretty stupid at the time, but in the end I saw it help more than it hurt. I agree that the black flag needs to be used in a fair manner. Unfortunately some people are going to be made an example out of to get the point across to stop the rough driving. Bottom line is if you don't want your car banged up go home or race on a 1/2 mile track. Creek is a tight 1/4 mile and wrecks happen. It's in the driver's hands to know when to lift and back off, or go for it and make a move. This whole situation isn't the track officials fault, it's the racers involved.
