Your best bet in inforcing the rules/rough driving/etc. is to go to Captain Ron or else Jim C.. I think Captain Ron and Jim C. are making most of the calls instead of the infield workers. Could be wrong, but those two have the final say so from what I am hearing by the "grapevine." I do believe Captain Ron and Jim C. needs to get a handle on the "ROUGH DRIVING." My opinion is if yu have RULES, then stick and enforce them to ALL DRIVERS, whoever they may be. I agree there needs to be more BLACK FLAGS, then maybe more drivers will be more causious as to how they are treating their fellow drivers. jmo
