Fines, Suspensions Handed Down
KELLYVILLE, OKLAHOMA (September 9, 2009) - Promoter Jim Carpenter has announced several suspensions and fines as a result of unacceptable actions by a few individuals last Saturday. The suspensions and fines handed out are as follows:
Jerry Colby - 4 weeks suspension and $200 fine for getting out his car and charging the flag stand, and refusing to remove his car from the front straightaway.
Perry Colby - 2 weeks suspension and $50 fine for unauthorized entry onto track and unsportsmanlike conduct.
James Esmond - 2 weeks suspension and $50 fine for unauthorized entry onto track and unsportsmanlike conduct.
Justin McBride - 2 weeks suspension or a $50 fine for approaching the flag stand.
Jim Stowe - Suspended for remainder of the season and a $1,000 fine for unauthorized entry onto track after a previous suspension.
All fines must be paid before re-entry to Creek County Speedway.
