To date, we have not done an upgrade on a Victory. So far, the extent of work on Victory's has been service type work-fluids, handlebar upgrades, brakes, etc.
As far as being capable, sure we are. We do Stage 1 upgrades on HD's all the time. I am sure we can do your Victory as well.
