That's a chess pie with lemon and buttermilk in it. Giiirrrlll we have this guy here in Minneapolis that had a soul food restaurant (I think it's closed now though)Big E's, he made this kind of cheese cake that was made with cream cheese and buttermilk I think with a lemon kind of sauce on top that was like a yogurt smoothie. Anyway, I dream of that pie. I don't even make those kinds of noises with my man (you heard). Big E if you're listening, hurry back this girl needs her fix
