I didn't think they could operate with no record or a meeting. Hope i'm correct. Reply: My point is no one could record every single word stated at the If anyone who attended any of the meetings were to pick-up a copy of "Hinckley,Allen,Snyder, LLP How would these charges hold water if, every word spoken from the

Hey Ed,

the official minutes they would find not all the statements which
were made, included. Communities were at one time able to operate
in this manner, but today with every developer who does not get
their way being able to make false claims or present a delusional
interpretation to the court as to how the meeting transpired, while
using "State Law" to prevent our boards decision from being upheld,
many towns now record every statement into their records. Our board
members did exactly what they are elected to do, which is listen to

exceeded their authority, and we all personally witnessed this. This
fact has unfortunately forced the end of the any form of a casual or
community friendly way to conduct these hearings. Our Planning Board
has absolutely nothing to hide whether the member was in agreement
with the outcome or not.
Attorneys at Law filed the complaint with the town.

arbitrary, capricious, legally untenable and exceeded its authority,
and therefore should be annulled."
meeting was accessible to a judge in a court of law? I did not see
any of these charges relate to any of the members of the board, did
you? Additionally did you see any member of this law firm present
who could testify to these allegations?
