Hey Joe,
It is good to here from you and I urged you to participate. Like I mentioned to you Monday night I will be submitting sections of the newsletter and ENF to encourage some feedback. If I understand you right, when we reach peak power needs the market allows the peak power supplier to charge more money for the power supplied. Great new information and makes understanding the plant owner’s financial reasoning for wanting to build. The only unfortunate part is since the market finances are supplied by the consumer, we the consumer should prepare for an increase in our electric rates the more we hit peak power demand, if I understand you correctly. Great food for thought and hopefully a wake up call for everyone who wastes energy. Again good to here from you.
