Sorry it has taken me so long to reply, life is full of many more issues than just this one. I am to understand that if the two proposed power plants you are advocating for, the Billerica one and the one up river in Lowell should go in, the 15%-20% fuel efficiency savings from these power plants might be passed on to the consumer’s?
My other question to everyone is, does anyone out there have any idea where the 4.8 million dollars in tax revenue per year from Billerica´s proposed plant which was quoted in the newspaper by our town assessor come from????????
