A notice from the Billerica Watchers Group to everyone who is really interested in stopping the Billerica Power Plant or would like to make sure that all the questions surrounding the matter are completely answered prior to any permitting!
The Proponents have filed the “Notices of Intent” (NOI) at the Billerica Conservation Commission, Board of Appeals, and Planning Board. Contact us for more details this process moves extremely fast.
Heads Up, anyone who maybe telling this process slows down in the summer (among other things) is completely misleading you! If you are interested in truly stopping the power plant, we need your help now. You may not believe that an hour or two of your time could make a difference, but it can.
