I hope you're OK.
Please don't take the fact that no one has responded to your message [At least not yet] as 'proof' that you're the only guy with one testicle. From what I understand - there are a lot of guys with just one testicle and from what I gather - they're FINE. It only takes one testicle to get a girl pregnant. One testicle produces more than enough sperm to 'do the job'.
If you would like to know more - let me know and I'll see what I can find out. OK?!
