This is an attempt to build a comprehensive guide to choosing which chart to use, and when. Each level of the hierarchy lists conditions you might face. The first level lists what you are trying to show with your data: distribution, composition, comparison, or relationship. Subsequent levels show further conditions, or charts that would apply to the given set of conditions (e.g. for Comparison of Static data that is Univariate, try a Single Bar Chart) Please feel free to add new conditions or charts. The system works just like a bulletin board: if you want to add a new chart, or a new condition, just click on the relevant place in the tree, and add the new chart or condition .
