Our current set of playing cards were being set aside for one battle. Things were beginning to get out of hand as the night rained foreign fate upon the unsuspecting residents of The Kingdom...
Love and lovers were cast into the flames of apocalypse, trust was shattered, replaced by a mirror image; an illusion for those weak of heart. All the while, entire worlds shifted to accomodate this change. Other worlds were pulled inside out and left to hang inside out. Others met their end. Did they disappear? No. They were simply changed beyond recognition. They had become twisted. They had all gone insane.
Life became disfigured. There was nothing any one person could depend on anymore, there was no one. However, there was hope. A faint, mis-shapenly grotesque light shimmered and danced in this light. Though few could see it...
It's a whole new era. A new story bound by bloodied ribbons, contained by chains, holding empty pages... This is our story. The story of how we made it all the way to the top. Who? Well, to start, it goes a little something like this...
You hear his name everywhere. They call him a hero. He's got this key. What else has he got?
New worlds...
New battles to be fought- inside and out.
And a whole new destiny.
For light or for dark, fight for yourself. When everything's twisted, no one understands anything at all anymore.
Twisted Hearts is a human rpg, with a touch of fantasy. We're still under development but your ideas are welcome!
