War has torn and broken and corrupted these lands. It has mended and healed and strengthened it as well. No one was spared by battle. Even the children were taught how to kill. The men and women of each species learned a hard lesson from their ten year struggle with the undead. They are tired now and their eternal struggle between each other has come to a brief hault. They can sleep deeply now and not worry about the enemy slipping in quietly and killing them. The children sleep in their own beds now and women have stopped worrying themselves gray if their husbands haven't returned at the exact time promised. Peace blankets them now and everyone can smile without tears.
Vampires, werewolves, and humans have all seen their mistakes. A lifetime of hunting one another was ruining them, but now that they can speak freely to one another or even fall in love, things are so much more quiet and easier. Sure, there's a lot to clean up now that the battle is over, but the grass is slowly growing over the dead bodies and the water is beginning to become clear again. The once gray and cloudy sky is now clear and the sun shines so brightly that everyone has to adapt to their bright environment again.
Will you help us rebuild? Would you be willing to lead our people as their monarch? Can you go so far as to be their god?
Gravelust is a modern fantasy roleplay based in a world that has been massacred by the undead. Each of the three species have their own lands and a few other creatures managed to escape the hands of death, though there are not enough of them to populate an entire city. You can get married, have children, own a business, own a house, or be a queen/king. There are still some gods that need to be played as well. I only require maturity of my members because of the circumstances in which the characters live.
