We know what you're thinking: some high class boarding school where the spawn of filthy rich tycoons are sent, simply because their parents don't want to associate with them. There aren't any guitars and amps, or blue-blooded thoroughbreds, and there certainly any cliques of jocks with testosterone just dripping off of them, or goth kids, dressed all in black or daddy's little girls.

No, this is a prison. A prison for mutants - yes, that's right. Youth who have developed unusual and unique powers, thus were taken from their families and brought to this place for the next thirteen years to spend, forced into the mold of what the SPARTANS think they should be, whether they are willing or not. Because the punishment for insubordination is none too pretty. To become "productive members of society".

"For the good of the students", as they would say. To teach them to use their powers for the good of society. A society that fears and hates them, despite what they do or do not do. A society which even harbors groups that are dedicated to the extermination of mutants all together. There is no escape for these poor souls - they are trapped here until they are deemed "fit".

Allow us to introduce to you, the SPARTANS - the ultimate police force, made up wholly of mutants to take on the most dangerous of missions that the Government can offer. They are the epitome of how a mutant should be. The supersoldiers - but still victims of the xenophobia all the same.

Oh, and don't forget the Rogues - mutants that have rebelled against the SPARTANS and the human society, using their powers to prove that they are superior and should be recognized for it, and not forced to live in shame, or as the dogs of the Government, as the SPARTANS would have it.

So, after that, can you honestly say that you'd rather associate with that muscially-inclined pretty boy, or the expressive artist, the dimes-a-dozen, over a mutant?
