Advertising: I don't want to set the world on fire

Earth has lots of dimensions we don’t know about, places and people we’d never dream of seeing. One of these places is in terrible trouble and chaos seems to be just about everywhere you look. It’s been forever since the people used even the name of their planet because it was replaced and renamed iCorp. iCorp was a lot like earth, it basically functioned the same, with minor differences here and there. Now things have changed, the people sold and mutated into terrible creatures. Everything runs on electricity and the technology of iCop passes earth standards by millions of years. People who aren’t in high power or don’t have connections are either jailed or thrown out into the outskirts of the town where they are suppose to die.

See sometimes things don’t go the way they’re planned -- trust me, iCorp plans out everything! I, Melody, was suppose to be one those captives but was too smart for those stuffed brained clones. I set not only myself free but three other founding members of a secret rebellion called Argyle. We rebuilt the torn city and made it our own, sure it’s new and there are very few of us, but we still stand tall and rescue who we can; Yeah, the raids are the best part I think. iCorp is just outside our door where we can keep a close eye on them, as said before ‘keep your friends close, but your enemies closer’. Argyle runs on electricity too, we have pretty much the same technology as iCorp but it isn’t used for evil. The thing is, I know iCorp isn’t so evil, I spent my life inside that city with those people. See, I was the girl who had all the connection, I’m the mastermind’s daughter.

No one else knows about it, they’d probably have Cain kill me on the spot; he seems to enjoy doing that. I became a prisoner because I chose not to follow the rules, not to become some washed up puppet for my father. I helped get some secret codes for the prison cells and let some people escape before their mutations were complete -- that was how me and Cain met, but sadly he still bares a form of the drugs in a pair of falcon like wings on his back. They cause him lots of pain but he’s a very strong person in my eyes. Our leader is Alice, a very clever girl who has a warrior’s spirit no matter what; sometimes she can be a little hot headed, but that’s why we like her so much. Gizmo is the teddy bear of the founders, and he’s my best friend. We were both caught hacking into the system. I have the guts, he has the brains. I also know he’s coveted to iCorp because of it, Giz is like a super genius or something.

Argyle is planning though, with more people coming all the time, to rage a mega war against iCorp -- to destroy my father and all his wickedness. But with spies and guards all over the place it seems impossible. I wonder all the time if someone from iCorp have planted themselves in my city, to learn our secrets and how we survive in these desert like conditions. We’ll be sending scouts out pretty soon, Gizmo is one of them just because he feels like he should protect everyone all the time. I hope he’ll be ok out there, y’know back in the big city. I worry he’ll return it his old stuff, being a very sinister person. Yeah, he used to be almost ‘evil’ himself back when he lived inside the city and I don’t understand how he ever trusted me. But he did. iCorp would do anything to get him though, anything at all. He could be our downfall if he wanted, he could destroy Argyle and send everyone in it to their deaths as mutants.
