They're meant to be a kind of thing where all participants pass if they make an effort. Most of the scholars have already waited ages to get their own/their students' objectives complete, and then they have to wait again until there are enough seers to earn their Seer title. The nature of the Seer class is peaceful; it's not meant to be very competitive. *nod* If there's an agreement that the quests should be harder, I don't mind - it's up to the Elder now though.
