Compare Scouts and Bronzes to how many APs there are.

Then compare Mcs. and Silvers to how many Ses there are (that are active/alive)

Then compare how many Golds/Shadows there are to how many OCs there are.

Though there may be more aps/ses compared to the others, there are far more Golds and Shadows than OCs.
