If you like unusual sushi, Larry, Jewel Baco has mirugai (giant clam) which is hard to find nowadays although it used to be available everywhere, raw lobster which I've never had but was described as sweet and delicious (and they then make a soup out of the remains), raw octopus (which they cut paper thin and it puffs up after they slap it on a board), awabi (abalone) which is not easy to find, etc.
