Now that the reunion, which unfortunately, I will not be able to attend, is less than two weeks away, I want to congratulate you and all of the other organizers for your efforts. I can hardly imagine how much time you must have devoted to all of this. The success that awaits will certainly be deserved and earned.
With that being said, I see that you have "cleaned" out most of the previous entries from the site. Would it be possible to restore them after the reunion? All of the various reminiscences that were posted by people really brought back great memories. If that is not possible, it would be wopnderful if the the site could remain open as a sharing place for people who grew up in the Forest Hills/ Rego Park area back in the 50's, 60's, and even the early 70's. I'm sure that the site will continue to be a place for people to find old friends and to remember and recall what a wonderful place it was to spend our childhoods and young adulthoods.
Be and stay well and enjoy the big night. You will have every right to feel like a proud parent because this is your baby.
