age for henna

We are in southern California.Camarillo. We do not have an age requirement, nor do we require a parent to be there. Henna is usually $5.00 and up, but we have an hourly charge if you want to have a party at your house. Price of the design is based on time it takes to do the work and the intricacy of the pattern, There are great henna artists everywhere and if you are not close to us we can help you locate someone.
