I recently had a nightmare of an experience with Don Mendenhal and his company Back in the Day MX.
He took my $400 plus dollars for parts I wanted.
He told me after taking my money that he would need to produce the parts. (Beware he does not tell you this until after he takes your money..)
After taking my money he said it would be 10-15 in production time. Later he told me I would need to send him another $95.00 for additonal things one of the ordered parts needs to work properly (again he tells you this long after taking your money never up front as a good honest business person would do..) And to top it off he tells me I will need to make modifcations to my bike more than just bolting on the ordered part. Once I complained to him he sent me outrageous emails calling me names.. sounds great does'nt it??
I immediately filed a grievance with PAYPAL and had the entire thing documented. It has been five days since my filing with PAYPAL and not one word or refund from Mr. Mendenhal.
Way to go Don do you RIP-OFF ALL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS THIS WAY?? Pay Up Now!
