Hi Jill,
You may want to cut back a tad on the dosage of fish oil, and if the itchiness still prevails, it may be an indication of something else going on.Here is the suggested dosage chart for your reference: should this reduction in dosage still not abate the itchiness, let me know we may want to suggest you try some diatomaceous earth.
Suggested Daily Use of OO fish oil for cats &dogs
Cats 1/4 tsp daily
Dogs UP to 20 lbs 1/4 tsp daily
Pets Between 20-55lbs 1/2 tsp daily
Pets Over 55 lbs 1 tsp daily
Hope that this info helps and you see some additional improvement keep me posted.
