Jill: I am a bit late on this one but I would like to assist if possible. I doubt it is the fish oil. Perhaps if you could share your diet we might be able to find the culprit. Usually this kind of reaction is to food. I make no claim to being an expert but having a breed of dog that people seem to claim are skin sensitive(mine never have been) I might have some ideas. Its usually a food issue. Most reactions are. B
