Chris, these glasses have a lot of variations about the letter colors of the characters, the size of the glass, and where the Pepsi logo is. That affects the price. See the FAQ on this web site for more info.
A "set" might be 18 glasses of the same size/letters/logo placement. I think that generally the collectors have the easier glasses, so selling the scarce ones singly and easy ones as a group or groups might be one way to go.
