I believe these are from a set from 1996 if they are clear or 1997 if they are pastel colored, that were distributed at the Disney Theme Parks in florida.
You can find them by searching for PLUTO on the PGCA data base and you will see the picture of the PLUTO glass, and then you can click on the link to see the glasses in the set.
