My ex husband and i became serious but newbie glass collectors in the late 90s and LUCKILY found Roe Blake who became a dear (and always still missed) friend, confidant and mentor...we also spoke with you on numerous occasions...
about 1 year before Roe's untimely passing, i found a glass that he was thrilled and more about...it was Lenore Case from the Green Hornet glasses series...at that time even ROE said he didn't know it existed (and my god he knew EVERYTHING LOL)....he said there had been "rumors" or more like "urban legends" about that glass but no one had ever seen one....
in the long run he bought the glass from me and his wife told us later that he had really been thrilled to have it.
here's my question....is that still the case with that glass? or as so many hard to find glasses have changed (with ebay and all) to NOT be as rare as once was thought??
or is this still true about that glass?
