I post pictures of what I find weekly on Flickr as a way to share them with others and as a way to keep myself informed and in contact with other collectors. Some of my postings have generated a lot of interest and some new friendships, as well as some partnerships.
I think that both the PGCA Database and postings on Flickr are very useful for everyone involved, be they newcomers or seasoned pros. I have used both to reference and cross reference with what I have and what I know about certain sets, and am still learning more thanks to both areas of information.
Right now, it is easier to post a few on Flickr, while my time is limited. As of this writing, my basement is semi flooded and my roof is leaking into our grandson's room.
Pictures for the Database are forthcoming.
