Brian, there were several pages that the new web site crew apparently didn't convert for some reason. Paypal was one, along with some of the article pages, and the submission page is another. Not sure how they missed these... I'll have to write a new submission page, but it won't look like the others since I am unable to maintain the look and feel of the site now that they've switched over. I'll have something available this weekend if at all possible.
