Here is the URL for the submission form for new glasses or information on certain glasses, or pictures for glasses for the database. Pictures would be preferred against a light blue background.
You can also access this submission form by clicking on the "UP" link on the top of the data base page, which will get you to the page referenced below as well. Then click on Glass Submission Form link.
The web site will soon be changed so this submission form will be easily found from the main www.pgcaglassclub.com web site, for now if anyone has some submissions that they can share with the glass collecting community, the data base is a great resource for that. Glasses Database & form link
