12 people, which reflected 9 PGCA memberships (as there were some couples attending) were at the PA get together in Allentown/Fogelsville PA. We had a nice sell and trade session, some excellent show and tell items were discussed, and some general PGCA topics were discussed. Carl brought everyone up to date on the auction status, there should be a new auction when the next CGN comes out. Brian discussed the club web site and the changes that were recently made, and the hoped for improvements down the line. Also encouraged people to send info and pictures to Steve Simek for the excellent database, and to send articles, pictures and info to Brent for the newsletter.
Many people attended the several large local shows and some were setup at the shows. There were some very nice and scarce glasses brought to the meeting by several people, and some more common items, as well as unusual and regional glasses.
As a personal note I had a good time, thanks to Carl and Mary for setting it up. It is a good motel in a good location, and we hope to continue. Always fun to talk to other PGCA members and fun to travel there and stop at shops on the way.
