Yup, that's what it is. There were a lot of different souvenir glasses produced in Canada in the 30's-50's for royal events...royal visits, King George's and Queen Elizabeth's coronations, the royal wedding, etc.
We see a lot of them at antique shows and malls. Price points are all over the road, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of interest.
