Wow, Larry. You just like putting words in people's mouths, don't you.
Have a meeting. I truly hope it's successful. My ability to attend has nothing to do with my post. I was just pointing out that having opportunities to hunt nearby at the same time is a positive thing.
You were the one who starting making claims regarding the importance of ancillary shows and other associated events.
Also, learn what altercation means. One disagreement on an online message board hardly amounts to an "altercation".
And, for the sake of accuracy, just because you've only seen me at one Springfield meeting doesn't mean I've only been to one. Talk about not being able to read--as I said in my post, I've been to 3 in the last 5 years, and plenty of meetings in PA. Attendance waxes and wanes-it's the nature of the beast, depending on the economy, gas prices, weather, and, yes, other nearby events.
Lastly, try passing on the name-calling.
Best of luck w/ the meeting (seriously).
