I grew up with my grandmother and granddad, in the 1950's and up to mid 1960's - they had a picture on their cabinet in the dining room (on the same cabinet that my grandma had an unloaded WWII green grenade!) with Aurthur Godfrey and my grandparents, taken on their one and only trip to Hawaii - they wanted to go to all 50 states and the Hawaii trip was to the last state on the list.
About 20 years ago I saw a tall Anchor Hocking Forest green glass with a basketball team logo - the Saint Louis Hawks - who played from 1955 to 1968 in St. Louis. It had white letters. I am still kicking myself for not buying the glass, since I have never seen another one. So if someone likes these Blackwood Singers glasses I would bid on them, they are very cool.
