Size will all depend on the dogs parents and its bloodlines.
8 mo. and 50 lbs. is on the small side.
As for the throwing up white flem, it could be a few things... such as does she gulp down water?
Do you feed her bones or rawhides? Does she do it after she's been ruff housing?
