Well, this is the same thing with black ABs, liver/red noses, choco etc. we always have in the discussion of so many boards.
So many breeders are proud that they have got "true working dogs". I think colour is than the most unimportant thing to look for. But it's some of those breeders who judge about this stuff. One thing I can't omprehend.
This breed is not that old and like every other breed it's based on crossbreeds. So why be suprised or shocked that we get something back from the roots?
I remember a very long discussion with a german breeder of "true working dogs" about black Abs.I guess you can imagine her opinion. In her last litter she had one livernosed pup. So what can I say. Be proud of every dog that's healthy, good in character. Colour should not be the thing that prejudges a dog to be a good one or not.
Dannie, you know I love your blues. I would take another really incred-a-bull to our home if I had the money at the moment.Even if I would'nt get papers because I know how great your dogs are in character. for me the most important thing
