Constant problems with Verizon...

This is the 4th Sim card in the jet-pack and it's doing the same thing #2 and #3 did. Plus they will not refund the money for the data #1 leached that we had to pay for ($150 worth). We average 9 GBs a month. The defective Sim was registering 20 GBs and over. In disgust, because RR refused to deal with them, I called. They know this happens with their Sim cards and they make millions of dollars for data people never used. They will not refund our money. How are they getting away with this?
