Revolvers do not "eject" they do rotate a round into the chamber each time the trigger is squeezed. But, after all rounds have been fired, the cylinder has to be manually emptied and new rounds inserted. In a semi, the new round is automatically chambered after the automatic ejection. One squeeze yields one firing,one ejection and one new clambering. In aotomatics all of those functions occur for as long as the trigger is squeezed and held in that position. If you don't like the term, semi automatic, o.k. However that's the way yit's used.
