No, not normal at all. Did you know the weight before you purchased the pup? I haven't even had a runt that small. I would get a vet check up ASAP. First check for worms, but my guess is the heart is not good. I hope I am wrong...maybe it's a mini or something. Good luck to you and keep us posted!
