No, not normal...I am very sorry to hear this. I hate it when people take advantage of unsuspecting trusting people who end up getting hurt. What state are you in and what state did you purchase the puppy out of? Was the puppy shipped or did you pick up in person. Did you get to see the parents and why wouldn't they let you see the other pups? Have to talked to them about your concerns? I would do so immediately and expect the breeder to try to correct the situation. E-mail me privately if you like to let me know any more sensitive details.
