Just a thought and a question. I am thinking about getting a GW in the near future with hopes that my wife will join me on some trips. She is unsure about MC trips as we have a son with a permanent brain injury from an MC accident- thus her uneasiness with MC.
Anyway she is seriously considering attempting to try it knowing how much I enjoy bikes (St1100, 1300, KLR Ural etc)and so I was thinking about getting her introduced to it by possibly visiting a GW gathering. She is quite sociable and is interested in that part of MC'ing. I had plans to drive my Miata up to Prudhoe Bay in June but that is not going to work out (have already done Hyder and the Dempster in it)and so I was wandering about the possibility of us joining in on the Rockies Gold in 2008 in our miata? She would fly to Denver where I would pick her up and then off to Montrose to visit and maybe even get her a ride on a GW.
What are people's thought on the idea. I am certainly not offended if people are not keen on it. I have already put the Montrose rides into my GPS and will certainly be down there one day either in the miata or on a Goldwing.
