Thanks to "jetdr" of our GL1800riders.com forum we will have a nice door prize for the Friday Night Hangin' at the Red Arrow -- two standby tickets on Southwest Airlines (two tickets for one winner).
Following applies:
--Drawing will be from the names of those who have registered for the Hangin'.
--Jetdr and I will run the drawing, which will be conducted at 8:30PM.
--YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN -- if we call your name and you are not there to claim the prize, we will draw another name.
On Tuesday I sent an e-mail to all registered attendees to get their thoughts on activities for the Hangin' -- we'll see what everyone has to say for the next week or so, but it appears that the majority of the folks would like for us to keep it simple. Come by the Red Arrow after dinner, everyone brings their drinks and snacks, and we get to meet each other and tell a few tales. Again, still looking for ideas and thoughts (reply to the e-mail that you received from me).
The Thursday dinner at the Fiesta Guadalajara is filling-up. We have 93 for the 5PM seating and 92 for the 7PM seating. When we reach 105 for a seating we will close the reservations for that particular dinner.
Wow, I am getting excited already. It should be a great time!
