The final big traditional drag race of the season is coming up on Sunday, November 1st at Northstar. There is still room for more front engined fuel dragsters. Floyd head is coming with his 1970 AA/FD. From SWJFA, Dunkin is coming (saw him at Temple last weekend with Ronny Muncey), and there is still room for some more of you guys if you want to make one last meet before the time of the big winter racelessness sets in.
In addition to Front Engined Fuel dragsters (both blown and Jr. Fuel), we'll have Fuel Funny Cars, Outlaw Fuel Altereds, a bunch of other altereds, gassers, nostalgia super stockers, and street driven traditional hot rods.
This will be the first time that the Texas State Championship race has been run in more than 40 years. We are trying to re-establish it as one of the biggest annual races in Texas, and sure would like to see some of the super-hot SWJFA cars tear it up at this first revival of the TSC since it was last run at Austin Raceway Park in 1967.
