anyone trying any of these out in the ground---i have some (either saxicola or integrifolia) growing at shore acres state park that are 20' tall and survived severe freezes around here (below at least 20f briefly). Under low teens they died to the ground but came back strongly. banksia serrata survived 25f last winter at my place in bandon. they are very drought tolerant and resist ocean winds plus nice foliage and interesting flowers--anybody else with any experiences to relate or species to try???
