Nope... SW of Portland Oregon.... You know since I moved here it has been Record Heat each summer I been here........ People keep telling me it does not get hot here..... Guess what I dont believe them anymore!...At least I can grow Nice sized crape myrtles here!... Tallest one in town is just over 20ft with millions of Hot pink blooms on it!
