you might try contacting the strybing arboretum and see if they know sources. honestly, i have rarely had trouble germinating legumes of almost any species or genus---soak them in water for several days and then plant in a warm moist place and most germinate within a month. i am sure that there are many possible exceptions to this "rule" but is chordospartum that much different from other legumes in your experience????
