They are listing this weeping Chilean tree as zn 7 hardy. Are they crazy? In general their ratings are "respectably optimistic" - no worse than what PDN comes up with, or even Seneca Hill. They are even too conservative on Fabiana.
FWIW very few Chilean trees are hardy in a non-PNW climate. Nothofagus antarctica supposedly grew in zn 6 Michigan somewhere, and there is an Austrocedrus in southern NJ. Of course there are a couple mature Monkey Puzzles on the East Coast, too.
