I can't stand having plants in my garden without knowing what they are LOL. The label at Home Depot just said "Hebe"
This was amazingly hardy this winter, all things considered. A nearby Erica terminalis, which I've generally found very hardy, completely dessicated but seems to be coming back. Both were planted in late fall. We got down to 7F once, and 8F three weeks later. I'm in a very wind prone area because of the topography. I'm lucky to have one eastern red cedar in a helpful location but I really need another windbreak so I've already planted a Cryptomeria to shelter the beds.
