Wow you're still here. I should check in more often.
Mine was from seed from Wildseed Tasmania. I think I started them in 2001?? or 02. I have rooted quite a few cuttings of this plant. The cuttings rooted easily but have been quite slow-growing. As for hardiness, I expect this to be fully hardy here. It might be worth a shot for you David. The only thing is the flowers aren't as cool after they open up. The bright yellow fades to kind of a dirty cream. They really look most spectacular in the bud stage as photographed. Ian
