A big step up from Clark and Lowry. Both got more and more reps as the season went on and played some good football.
Then also the advancement of Fackrell and I am sure a high draft choice will be added at OLB. Fackrell has all the tools but needed to add strength, everything that was written about him and his work ethic I expect a very noticeable change.
Every down play, Peppers will not be missed as much as his now and then slash play. I think someone that brings it every play will be a net improvement.
Jones was nothing more then a below average rotational player that had a habit of making stupid plays at bad times.
That is addition through subtraction.
They need a high draft pick OLB for both long term and short term for the team.
And a perimeter CB to boot.
I would also like to see the dime ILB spot upgraded, and that can be done in this draft day three.
The best part is this draft is perfect for the Packer and next Thursday we will see the first piece added.
I am leaning more and more to hoping for TJ Watt at #29.
