In 2015 it was reported he lost snaps for free lancing. But with that he began showing up on special teams and making plays.
Going into 2016 he talked about doing his job and being even better on special teams.
Most of 2016 he was hindered with a Quad injury, first reported after the first regular season game.
Played well in special teams and got some reps on defense.
Later in the season he again injured that quad and had a serious hand injury that ended his season.
Not at 25 years old the weight problem should be way behind him, you could see a noticeable change in his build going into 2016, bigger thicker in the upper body and legs.
Those things come from both the work and getting into his physical prime.
He also talked about doing his job, staying in his gap and making the plays that come to him.
I really do think that without the 2016 injuries he would have had more reps on defense.
And I think 2017 will be his breakout season. He and Fackrell will be a big part of the 2017 defense with Clark and Lowry also.
So many just have to have something to worry about, TT didn't do this or that, should have drafted this player or that player. Then Biegel has surgery and it's the end of the world.
RELAX the talent is there and the competition for that 3rd, 4th 5th OLB will be quite good.
